What keeps you up at night? Thinking about work? Thinking about your kids/family? Actually doing work? Your actual kids/family?
For me, it's all of the above. But for the past 17 days, it's been a bit more intense than usual.
17 days ago, my summer became a roller coaster ride.
It started with this:

Which led to this:

And this:

We worked on this:

And this:
And this (use the scroll bar to access our FlipGrid videos):
This happened:
All this happened too:
I learned how to do all of this (and so much more!):
I learned so many nuances about Microsoft OneNote, Teams, Sway, and Twitter. I mean, I was pretty knowledgeable before, but now?
And You're Still Not Done?!
Ask me in 5.5 days. I'll say I'm done then.
But Really? Will You Really Be Done?
Some people say you can sleep when you're dead. That will certainly be true for me.
I've spend many nights working with my nose to the grindstone: report card nights, grading nights, presentation to teachers nights, etc. But never have I spend this many nights working on this many projects for one major event. It is an experience I'll never forget. (Well, except I do seem to be more forgetful when I get less sleep, so who knows?)
We go live in our #MSFTEduChat on Tuesday, July 16th. We hope you'll join us. YOU are the reason we do this. ALL OF YOU!
So I guess in other words, I'm currently not losing sleep over my work, or my kids, or anything else like that. I'm losing sleep over YOU. And I am so glad that I am!
In answer to your question: no, I'll never be done. Because I'm a Passionate Perfectionist. The glass is always half full, and I'm always going to try to keep on fillin' it.
